Hyatt featured just once for Fosse, with his debut and only game coming at home against Liverpool in January 1905 and his performance clearly didn't leave a lasting impression on the Leicester management.
Starting his career with Stapleford, Leicester was his next destination but he didn't even make a reserve outing for the club before he was thrown in to what turned out to be his only first team appearance.
Hyett was a centre-forward but didn't make the desired impact against the champions-to-be as Liverpool ran out comfortable 3-0 winners. His stay at the club was just a month long before Hyett returned to Stapleford and went on to play for Ripley Town and Long Eaton St Helens.
