Harper was a fast outside-left who featured just four times for the club and failed to end up on the winning side in any of them.
Born in Birmingham, Harper really made his name with West Brom before moving on to Fosse in September 1903 for a spell which lasted just a year before he moved on to Stourbridge.
He'd got first-team experience with the Baggies and was actually part of their squad which won promotion in 1902, but that sparked a squad influx and saw Harper move to Leicester for more first team opportunities, which he struggled to find.
