The Welsh U21 international struggled to make the step-up to Championship football when Rob Kelly brought him to City from Northamtpon Town in 2006. He was a popular figure with the Cobblers, earning him the nickname of J-Lo, and was snapped-up by City on a free transfer when his contract expired with Town.
Low struggled at City and made just 19 appearances for the club before being sold to Peterborough United for £100,000. Bristol-born, he made four appearances for the Welsh U21s and could play in his preferred right-wing position, or in defence or central midfield.
