The tall, Leicester-born centre-back came through the Foxes youth system but only played for the club once - as a substitute in a home clash against Bristol City in December 1993.
He featured in 21 Central League games before getting his chance in the first team but he didn't leave a lasting impression in that one appearance, despite helping to keep a clean sheet in a convincing 3-0 win.
He looked to the League of Ireland and a loan move to Shelbourne, where he spent a month, to gain some valuable experience in first team football, but not long after his return to Leicester he was let go on a free transfer by manager Mark McGhee.
He went on to play for Mansfield Town, Cambridge United, Lincoln City and Hinckley United amongst other clubs.
