I expect it to be mixed was each time within each league to make sure you're not always in same group with same teams. Finally means teams like Andorra, San Marino and Scotland play shite like each other and actually win some games

First ever found out about this on FM about a year ago and thought wtf Actually really like the idea. Means if we're in the better seeded groups we could have a group with say Germany and Spain and if we win it (unlikely) we play semis and then final in the summer to win it. Means no more shit friendly games and England actually have better competitive games. But if we come third in the group we'll be relegated haha
