Schalke fans are the best away crowd I have ever seen live. Saw them when they played Chelsea in the Champions League. From start to finish they were deafening, even when their team were getting battered on the pitch. Seemed to be every single person joining in as well.

 

I could hardly hear them when I saw them, and you could see the whole end bouncing which says a lot about Frankfurt. Both fanbases were terrific.

 

German fans are on another level to English nowadays but I guess it's only natural given the mentality of the respective authorities'.

Then you've got the "Nigel, Pearson" echoed bit. in between.

Think this would be a good one to sing seeing as we don't really have a song for Nige.
