pearson had a dream 

to take our football team 

all the way from league one to the premier leagueee

 

he left halfway through 

came back cos he knewwww 

leicester city are his boys in blue 

 

that last line is up for debate but i couldn't think of anything. (shamelessly robbed off rangers/some other teams but god that is a catchy tune). 

 

That's actually pretty decent.

Is this to the kicking a blue tune? That would be class, we need more chants that are more continuous, the sort that you can get going and repeat for a good 5 or so minutes!

I like that one a lot! Instead of he "missed the pen" could we try "missed from the spot". I know it's an extra syllable but it still fits and works fine.

Yeah that's right, thought of another verse earlier too, it's open to any suggestions for improvements:

Not entirely sure about the first two lines of this one though.

Whilst I got caught out in the rain this evening walking my dog and being miserably drenched, I thought I may have a go at doing a little ditty to cheer myself up.

I like the one that the Arsenal fans sing at the moment about their unbeaten season (to the tune of "Give me joy in my heart")

"49, 49 Undefeated!" etc

 

I think we should do a version to commemorate our epic unbeaten run this season:

 

21, 21, Undefeated!

21, 21, I say!

21, 21, Undefeated!

Playing Football the Leicester Way!

 

Obviously we could just update this for every additional game in the unbeaten run!
