Premier League, 2017-2018 Season Thread

surely the only real winners out of that decision are the big five or six clubs in europe. they'll be able to buy whoever they want for a month without anyone here being able to restrengthen their squads.

just means fees for people like mahrez and coutinho would've been even more astronomical this summer, too.

unless it becomes a European rule it's stupid, imo

West ham needs change, fast! They are going downhill and they can't keep fighting relegation, even Sunderland got relegated, and I thought those lot would be in the 19th place by the end of the season and still find a way to stay up.

Those 6 points from Newcastle really effected their season lol

There's been different articles on the Sky Sports app for the last 3 days about how Mbappe nearly moved to Arsenal. It's pretty sad how Wenger keeps bringing it up (if he actually is). Let it go.

Poch claiming Alli was unlucky to be caught on camera flipping off Kyle Walker / the ref.

You having a laugh? On a pitch in an international football match in front of 80'000 people in the stadium, countless cameras, literally hundreds of photo journalists, as one of the highest profile players on the pitch?

Boy can't leak a fart without someone noticing. The **** does he think he's doing throwing middle fingers around not thinking anyone's going to see?

Don't tell him he was unlucky to get caught, tell him he needs to stop being such a stupid little ****ing chav and grow up a bit. Lord above.

So lets just give everyone a new contract (same wages, same everything ) but make the buyout clause 200 million GBP. Solves the issue of other European  clubs wanting to buy our  players when the season is closed :)

Best thing would be to make all uefa clubs have the same window end of cept them  russian clubs) hehe

Vardy did the middle finger like a man (eye contact with the lino and yelling shit), and from what I remember had been wrongly called offside twice in about as many minutes so it was understandable he was pissed off

Alli waited till the ref's back was turned because he didn't get his own way, like a little shit at school who would then brag to all his mates that he swore at a teacher. Little cvnt-rash

Wenger thinks the Financial Fair Play law is being disrespected, yet there's rumours of Arsenal preparing a £92m bid for Lemar for January...

To be fair, Arsenal are club who are run like a profit making business. No doubt they would have funded the majority of Lemar's fee through club profit or selling Sanchez and maybe another (possibly Chambers) should they have been successful with their approach for him.

Interesting technology but imagine them rollers break down lol.

Thought the same when I seen it earlier, has far too many components that can go wrong,

It's a disaster waiting to happen

I imagine there's a few time Spurs players have wanted the ground to open up and swallow them, now their chance.
