I remember he got all aggressive and defensive when I asked for his address saying he was famous and didn’t want to give it out.

I didn't meet him but, the company I was working for did some work on Brian Ferry's house in the 90's. 

Apparently, he couldn't help but insist on his ideas being implemented despite the fact he was told his windows wouldn't open if it was done 'his way'.

Silly twat wouldn't back down and ended up with three ground floor windows that wouldn't open. Seem to remember it was a blazing hot summer too.

Celebs don't like to deal with us riff raff unfortunately.
