It'll teach them if we lose the replay and they end up broadcasting an all-third division tie.

It wont be on telly if its peterboro v fleetwood its only if we win.

EDIT: Youre right ive read the article wrong. Sounded like early kick off but would be on telly if it was us playing not fleetwood

Peterborough always seem to get picked when Sky show League One games.

Must be the Barry Fry factor and the fact they traditionally score lots of goals.

Would be funny if it was POSH v Fleetwood (clearly for you guys hope not!) though.

Mind you probably only about as unattractive as us v Southampton...

In theory ... Away ticket allocations for FA Cup matches should be straightforward.  But they are not.

Clubs are supposed to give 15% to away fans.  But this can change for a variety of reasons eg:

1. The police stick their oar in to reduce it.     (eg high profile local derbies often get reduced)

2. The club has special dispensation to reduce itt, if segregation would be particularly awkward    (Newcastle Utd used to get away with this trick until fairly recently)

3. A club pulls a fast one because they don't want to give the full allocation    (eg us v Norwich 2012)

4. Clubs can always give more than 15% if they don't think they'll sell out and/or are easy-going about it.   (Forest gave us 8000 in the end for the match in 2012.   Obviuosly their support is so bad, they were never going to fill the ground)

Add into the equation that being on TV can make a difference, as this can reduce the home support ... so as per point 4 above, the club may give some extra tickets out.

And also don't forget that it's not even obvious what some ground capacities are.  eg Peterborough Utd's official website lists it as 15,314 whereas away fans guide website lists it as 14,319.

So where's all this going ?

Basically IF we beat Fleetwood in the replay, we'll just have to wait and see what PUFC/authorities/police come up with.

You'd like to think the police wouldn't have any extra objections as it's a 12.30 KO.

So we'll just have to wait and see if PUFC give us 2297 (15% of 15314) or 2147 (15% of 14319) or 2500 if they give us the whole end behind the goal for easy segregation, or maybe anything up to 4000 (behing goal and 1500 of the main stand, if they are feeling generous)!

The official Peterborough Utd web site has announced details of tickets sales for the 4th round (v Leicester City/Fleetwood Town)

"The Motorpoint Stand is not available to purchase for at this moment in time."

So ... It looks like they may have reserved the stand behind the goal for us in case we win the reply.   That holds approx 2600 I think.   Hopefully they have also reserved the normal away section in the main stand (approx 1000) - although the details don't explicitly state that.   And I'm not registered on their site, so I can't see a selling areas map of the ground!

But it's looking a bit more promising,   Provided, or course, we beat Fleetwood ....

This article confirms that IF we go through, Peterborough give us around 4,000 tickets

So if we progress through to the next stage, we face Liverpool/West Brom?

If we face Liverpool, they would probably be the worst opponents for us in their current form.

Good morning to Continental Europe.

One day, people will say Redouane was way ahead of his time.

Sadly, only when predicting FA Cup 5th round draws.

Btw, we need to get past Peterborough first.
