They released a picture of Mahrez in the new blue kit before he moved to Man City. What point were they making then?

How many photos of single players in the white kit were tweeted by the cub yesterday ? - one !

the club twitter header has three players in the new kit - one of which is harry

riyad wasn’t pushed in the blue kit on social media when it was released - his was one of many photos issued

from  that article... With Leicester taking his team to Old Trafford on August 10 to kick off a new Premier League campaign, Puel is in buoyant mood.

Puel changed his name to Leicester? Make a statue.

This would be a strange tactic to use seen as we actually do want them to look elsewhere.

indeed... they could of course been trying to force Maguire into handing in a transfer request..

Putting in transfer requests is pretty pointless these days, especially at our club.

Never understood the point of a transfer request. The player is still under contract so surely it’s just symbolic.

I think putting in a transfer request sometimes means the player relinquishes the right to certain fees and bonuses. This would then make it more appealing and financially sensible for the selling club to do a deal for an unhappy player I guess. The player gets the move they want and the club gets a better percentage of the sale price.

MANCHESTER UNITED boss Jose Mourinho is plotting a world-record deadline move for England World Cup hero Harry Maguire, who is rated at £80million by Leicester City.

PUBLISHED: 00:13, Sun, Aug 5, 2018 | UPDATED: 00:14, Sun, Aug 5, 2018

The Foxes want more than the £75m Liverpool paid Southampton for Virgil van Dijk earlier this year to part with Maguire, who has four years left on his contract.

United boss Mourinho is ready to sell Marcos Rojo to Everton for £20m to help finance the move for the Sheffield United academy graduate.

Once again how convenient, who do they play the next day...
