Yes and no. They've spent what they've had in from the likes of Van Dyjk but since their old chairman died and his daughter took over, there's been no real interest from their owners in taking the club forward

I thought that the daughter flogged the club to some Chinese outfit

I think we can all sympathise, 2 wins in 19 is disgusting form and Dyche couldn't any have any qualms if he was sacked but if they sacked him the media would mostly be trotting out "what do Burnley expect? He got them Europa League!" and not actually paying any attention to their actual results. He's done a brilliant job there but there's only so much credit in the bank once you barely win any games at all. It'd be patronising stuff to hear as if being loyal to a manager is more important than staying up.

And the media need to realise that the club changes through time and what might've been acceptable a few years ago isn't now. Doesn't matter what league you are in, if you are losing games regularly fans get fed up because we don't want to struggle.

Would it be unfair to sack Dyche? Possibly. Should they keep him out of blind loyalty? Absolutely not. No manager should be given a free ride at a club regardless of results.

The southampton fans seem to think it’s Ralph Hasenhuttl, the former manager of RB Leipzig. Think he left them at the end of the season.

Why don't they give it Gary Rowlatt?

The average comedic intelligence on this forum is like Roy Chubby Brown minus Peter Kay times the Chuckle Brothers squared. When someone posts a joke and gets a laugh, about ten thousand more people will repeat it for rep points over and over and over and over.

The first one or two jokes about Wolves Spurs being massive and title contenders shit were kinda funny, now it's ****ing dull and dead but people will keep forcing it all season because they have zero creativity and they're desperate for people on the Internet to find them funny.

THAT'S SUCH BANTS.

It was being sung loudly by pretty much the entire Emirates, it was quite amusing. I love a ridiculous blunt football chant.

If that makes me a hypocrite for finding Foxestalk's forced "memes" boring af then so be it (although it doesn't but whatever floats your boat.)

Nice 5 rep points for it though eh? ;)

Surprised that Mourinho didn't get charged for hauling a heavy rack of large water bottles in the technical area last week which could've hit someone, and yet Klopp gets charged for celebrating.

A warning, at the most, would be the most suitable for the latter incident.

But, knowing Mourinho, if he got charged he would either complain that he's being treated 'differently' or not learn from his mistake here (like with the numerous other ones he's committed over the seasons).

It may be a huge derby, but racism has no place in the game. The person who threw the banana at Aubameyang should be banned for life.

Na aaaw !!! put him on a slow-banana-boat to China, forced to listen to all songs made over Bananas, sang by Bananarama.

Just put his photo,on all billboards around their neighbourhood...shame the b@strd!!! If he has a ST..cancel it!! Plus if Club Spurs don't show

they have followed it up,all journalists should keep reminding them...especially Piers!!

I still think it'll be Gary Monk that will turn up at Southampton, they want somebody young with alot to prove still that's already got a little premier league management experience, plus he's played for Southampton. So he ticks all boxes really.

Good shout....depends whether Birmingham are willing to let him go...

Granted this is mainly to Liverpool but you look at the below team of players they've sold in the past 4 years and its no wonder they're in trouble; this would be a top 6 team

                   Gazzaniga

Clyne     Van Dijk   Lovren   Shaw

         Wanyama    Schneiderlin

    Mane            Lallana           Tadic

                         Pelle

Their recruitment to replace these players has been poor also Carrillo £19m (now on loan), Gunn for £12m when they already have McCarthy and Forster, Bouffal £16m (also on loan) etc

You could also add bale, walcott and oxlaide chamberlain to that side.
