There's a few circumstances where changing the badge colour looks alright. All gold on the black kit this year worked well, and all-black looks good on some lighter kits (think Man City had it a few years back). I imagine all white might be OK, depending on the kit/badge...

 

It doesn't quite work on this kit in orange-gold, but I don't think it's too bad, really. Perhaps could have left the standard badge and changed the fox colour to match (or changed the orange to match the fox, ideally). That's the only real fault I could pick with this design.

 

 

Hopefully it doesn't have the infamous grey kit effect on performances, but otherwise its a tidy effort.
