We don't have the luxury of being able to have 22 players who are all good enough for regular starting spots. In fact most teams don't. How would we develop young players if we took this stance? Hamza and Barnes etc aren't good enough to start yet, so should we get rid of them? Ulloa wasn't good enough to start when we won the league but he played a huge part.
