Tringfox Posted 28 September 2018 Share Posted 28 September 2018 (edited) I’d love to see us set up 3-5-2 for this game, Puel wouldn’t entertain it though would he! Edited 28 September 2018 by Tringfox

You don't need facts to back it up as it's obviously bollocks. People will remember the times it has happened but forget the times a player on a long run without a goal didn't score against us. If ever we concede a last minute equaliser my Mum will say "typical Leicester" but won't say anything when we hold on to see the game out. 1

leicesterseddon Posted 28 September 2018 Share Posted 28 September 2018 (edited) I hope Puel plays Iheanacho and Vardy together again - it worked well last week. No idea what he'll do at the back really. I suspect Maguire & Evans but I could be wrong. To be honest I'd just pick the same side that played Huddersfield. It's the end of September and it would be nice to get a bit of consistency in the team selection instead of constant tinkering... BraunstoneFox23 Posted 28 September 2018 Share Posted 28 September 2018 Another tricky away fixture, but one I hope we'll get through. We should really start with the same side that played Huddersfield, and I think the front three will be on show again. 2-1 with Madders and Vardy after going 1-0 down again. Bournemouthfox10 Posted 28 September 2018 Share Posted 28 September 2018 Newcastle are there to be had, Benitez looks tired and stressed more than ever before. I will be disappointed with an inconsistent defeat tomorrow and lets hope that we at least come away with a point to show. come on Lestah!!!! BrummieFOX Posted 28 September 2018 Share Posted 28 September 2018 One of those game where everyone says what a tricky away fixture it is, yet have a meltdown if we don't win.
Nalis Posted 28 September 2018 Share Posted 28 September 2018 I remember us beating Newcastle at home in the 90s and it was regarded as a famous victory. Now we are probably favourites to make it 3 wins in a row at St James' Park. How times changes.

Guest Posted 28 September 2018 Share Posted 28 September 2018 Away in the prem, we gotta be happy if we can get a point. Newcastle must be thinking a point is the least they'll get and a win a good possibility. Let's not build ourselves up too much - we are not Liverpool. I'm rather optimistic about the game. Plus, every team should consider every game a must win game anytime, no matter the opposition. Plus, as a LCFC fan, you should want this game against a sinking Newcastle side to be a must win game. Anyways, onwards FTW.
