Yes and yes. I bought it from their website last week thinking I was going to be in Manchester in Mon night, now I'm not.

Don't know about the etiquette..but sad they didn't sell out for a potential title game!

Speaking to a City friend, season ticket holders can sell up to 6 games a season back to the club at face value for holidays etc. When the game was moved at the last minute to Monday night that's when the few tickets appeared for sale. I had checked the week before last thinking I was going to be in Manchester and it was sold out then.
