With respect, I think the term "top flight" is more relevant than ever ... and should be used as often as possible.

 

The creators of the Premier League were doing their best to erase history and belittle everything that went before it.      All these idiot pundits that keep on quoting stats "in Premier League history", as though football started in 1992?

 

It's our duty to keep on reminding them that ultimately, the Premier League is just the top Division in English (and Welsh) football.   Nothing more, nothing less.   (just a lot more money)

I presume Saudi is an option his agent is thinking of, depending on how saturated the league becomes with talent by then it could be an option. With all those legal fees to pay he'll need something £££
