Callum Doyle gone on-loan to Norwich for the season. I liked Doyle and wish him all the best. Good footballer but needs to work on his aerial ability. I think if he can crack that, he'll have a very good career.

I thought he'd potentially be the successor to Vestergaard and move central.  That's before we gave him a new contract.

Maybe Citeh want too much for him?  Or maybe we outright just don't fancy him.

I really am running out of any justifications for this current mob and how they are running this club. We most definitely have vacancies within the clubs academy structure where a former title winning captain would no doubt be respected and a role model and yet we allow him to move to one of our nearest rivals, it really is starting to piss me off, the levels of self preservation and the way the club are allowing itself to become further and further detached. Every day they seem to outdo themselves. Beyond a joke now, it is like the club has become a parody.

I'm not really sure why people get up in arms about a former player, no matter how good, not getting a totally different role at the club.  Being a legend player doesn't make you a good scout/coach/caterer/masseuse so why is it such a travesty if he's taking a job elsewhere?  He might be crap at it for all we know.

Joking apart, I think £8m for this lad playing as a number 10 would’ve been perfect for Cooper’s LCFC. He was underrated in the more physical Championship and he would’ve had less rough treatment in the prem.
