Is replacing Vardy a process? *

Love that! Key points on how he used to have a phenomenal record against the top sides but under Rodgers he's less effective vs them and absolutely devastating at winning us games against opposition we seemed to struggle against who sit back. The goal drought vs the top sides I think is more down to playing a completely different system which robs the team of attacking fluidity and creativity.

 

Hopefully in the next batch of games vs the better sides we will deploy 4-1-4-1 and he'll pick up a few more goals against them.

Thought it was refreshing. The amount of pundits who still can't see this though and claim we're a counter attacking team relying on long balls in behind

I don't really think it can be a process, replacing Vardy. He's too much of a big character, I don't think he'll take well to being phased out really.
