We've written a story for the Leicestershire Press this morning, revealing that Kamal Sowah still has a future at the club despite not holding a work permit.

An in depth article there.

Midfielder’s ‘intention’ is to still play for Leicester – Explains when that will be possible

http://sportwitness.co.uk/midfielders-intention-still-play-leicester-explains-will-possible/

Leicester City youngster Kamal Sowah has insisted his intention remains to play for the club as soon as they want him.

The 21-year-old currently finds himself on loan with Belgian side OH Leuven, whom he joined in 2018 after a transfer from the Right to Dream Academy.

He’s gradually grown as the years have gone by, establishing himself as a key player this season and making 31 appearances in the Jupiler Pro League.

He’s impressed, too, bagging eight goals and six assists so far in what has been an impressive campaign that has earned him plenty of plaudits.

Indeed, it’s extremely likely that he’ll return to Leicester this summer, with Het Laatste Nieuws stating it is ‘feared’ that the ‘three lunged’ midfielder will be called back because of his progress this year.

That is something Sowah would certainly be open to, insisting his goal remains to be a regular for Leicester, so long as they will have him.

“I really enjoy myself in Leuven,” the newspaper reports him saying.

“This season, I am learning a lot again under the new staff of OHL. It remains my intention to play in the Premier League with Leicester.

“When? As soon as the bosses there are of the opinion that I am performing sufficiently strongly to be able to handle the high level there.”

With finances tight would provide an ideal squad player. Young with plenty of room to grow and versatile.

He will be a good squad player next year. He's played everywhere this season. In particular I think he will be a good back up to Barnes which is a position we don't have cover for.

I think he might be the surprise package next year.

Yes please. A player of his ubiquity would be invaluable for the squad next season, and would save us a few bob in the market too.

Christ that’s a band I’ve  not heard off in a long time I had their first album . I preferred I hate people .

A man of taste and discernment, clearly.

Live in Yugoslavia was the album I had, I prefer their more melodic, slower stuff, love songs and that.
