Messi could leave, it's either him or the president, board meeting tomorrow. If the board had any sense they'd go with Messi.

As far as Trincao is concerned I'd be very surprised that we'll be getting him now. The likes of Deco have come out into the press and confirmed how highly he is rated and that he is the club's future. All pie in the sky for us somehow taking him on a permanent.

Maybe if a new president came in and they sign a bunch of world class forwards then maybe a loan.

Reports that messi wants out of barcelona. If this happens means trincao would be first choice RW next year which puts him out of our reach.

Ironically I think it makes the deal more likely for us. The nature of Barca fans won’t be satisfied with some lad from Braga in replacement of their main icon for years.

Same source that broke neymar to psg, theyre apparently reliable.

It could be him positioning himself in a stand off against the president.....

If Bayern Munich win the champions league then Barca have to pay Liverpool another 4.5m for coutiniho. Which is hilarious.

Our offer could become even more tempting.

£75m for the pair, final offer lol

If there's truth in it and there probably isn't, it'll be Messi and his agent floating the idea to make sure Setien goes. It's politics. It won't happen.

Trincao ain't going to be Barcelona's first choice RW next season, particularly after the result the other night, mark my words and screenshot this post.

If Messi goes they'll almost definitely go into the market to replace him and if they don't and keep Dembele he'll play there.

It's not Setien, he's already gone. Most likely he is trying to force Bartomeu out and jumpstart presidential elections.

Messi has said , when he leaves Barcelona ( he will be about 40 by then) , he is going back to Argentina . No reason not to believe him. Suarez on the other hand may well move on and don't forget he is exactly the same age as Vardy.

Either way there's noone in the market to replace messi, if he leaves and they buy a replacement theyll keep trincao as second choice in case his replacement doesnt work out so if this isnt messi's way to get the board to resign or whatever this transfer is pretty much dead.

I get that the point is they'll likely sign someone to try to though and if they do that leaves them with said replacement and Dembele for the right side and Fati will probably be the first pick on the left side next season. Whatever happens Trincao ain't starting even ten league games for Barca next season. Trincao has a way to go before he's threatening to play for Barca.

The problem with Barca trying to offload first team players is similar to us offloading Silva and Slimani. The clubs that can afford them don't want them and the clubs that want them can't afford them.

We're about the 20th richest club in the world and rated similar as the best club side in the world but all of the Barcelona first team is out of our reach whether that be wages or those players wanting to come here. Then you're left with players that will only go to about a dozen clubs in the world if that.

If Barca want to raise money then they'll have to take all offers seriously including ours for Trinacao.
