I think that is sometimes true; but its fairly obvious that he's been superb in the last couple of games. When he plays well, we do okay since he does drag people along with him. Worth also pointing out that the left side understanding and interplay is getting really good as well; with a bit more confidence to play. An 8-0 defeat vs Man City should see us back to normal. It's been clear for a while now he's angling for a big free transfer. It'll probably be the last chance for a 'big' move in his career so he wants to be as appealing as possible and being free is definitely appealing. He's not rubbish, he can be bad and he can be really good. He's frustratingly inconsistent even now he's coming into his prime. I think most people wanted him gone because of the disruption his agent was causing and the fact it was the last chance we could get a fee for him. I don't think he will just sign for anyone just to get out thats for sure but Arsenal & Man U keep being linked, Liverpool will get desperate & Conte moans more about the state of his squad with every passing week so those 4 might come in for him, don't think Newcastle is a step up in real terms of what he after now so don't think he will just settle to go there. Abroad maybe has more choice if he can ping 1 of the top 2/3 teams in Spain/Italy/France/Germany ,although i don't see him in Germany for some reason the other 3 leagues can just see him bossing it in.
