It's not impossible that attacking centre mid is his best position AND he's rubbish there. :thumbup:

 

Bit of Devil's advocating there, I honestly don't mind Perez, he has provided moments of brilliance. He could do with them being a little more frequent though.

Rodgers on James Maddison's injury

"The feedback from our doctor was that the scan went really well."

"They're going to manage him next week, and then hopefully he will be able to join the group."

"We'll still have to manage him back, it's been eight weeks since he's played."

If he isn’t joining training until after the cup tie then I doubt he’ll be up to playing against forest.  I think that takes us to brighton on the 21st

“There’s no timeline on it. It’s day to day. He’s working with the medical team. We want him back as soon as possible. We’ve got five starters out. I’ve got no timescale on it.”
