I like it but it feels wrong to have the fox so hidden imo

Just reminds me of the Melbourne City and New York City FC badges, making us look like a Manchester City subsidiary.

I hate minimalism as a logo design trend too.

Great Reddit thread and whilst imo, the fox head is lost a bit in the redesigned badge, it does show that the current badge is looking a little tired and could do with a bit of a refresh. Also, interesting that Arsenal, Liverpool et al. are moving away from the full badge/crest on some of their merchandise.

I like the little pattern that makes the fox. It’s a much better design that most of this thread. 😂

Really enjoyed the recent Norwich update...didn't realise how bad the lion was until that drew my attention to it.

Wait ….. they have / had a lion on the badge?!?

I actually really like that. Took me a minute or two to realise where the fox was, and I do like how it's formed though I would love to retain the current fox.

There's a link to his Behance page which basically acts as a whole mission statement into the design:

This guy's done a hell of a lot of research into it, about our club history and local history, the things that make the current badge great.

There's definitely aspects that could be improved/modernised or accentuated like he has with the cinquefoil.

Love seeing stuff like this!

Very clever and way better than most of the other cookie cutter designs loaded with yellow that we usually see.

I like the plain foxes head with the white rose not so much the circle crest with the added colours it's a nice arch back to the fox in the circle super simplistic but pretty nice tbf wouldn't be against it,

the only thing i have against it is that it looks kinda looks like 2 falaces interlocking lol
