Feels like batting first may prove pivotal, our players look dead on their feet before they've hit a ball. SA on the other hand can field in slightly cooler conditions and can sub some of their fielders like Klaasen who look very tired. 

 

That said, when you've got Stokes, Buttler and Bairstow in your side anything is possible.
