Horner called Masi a tosser or something? lol

He was on about a “rouge” marshal interfering and ruining Max’s chances in the race

regardless of what people might think of Horner or Max or Redbull I think he has a valid point

“The incident occured after Pierre Gasly stopped by the side of the track, triggering yellow flags. Race control then decided to cancel the yellow flags. The electronic systems were duly cancelled, but flag marshals opposite Gasly’s stationary car continued to wave their flags.”

“I think it’s just a rogue marshal that’s stuck a flag out and he’s not been instructed to by the FIA,” he told Sky. “They’ve got to have control of their marshals,“

“What’s frustrating is that the race director has said ‘get on, it’s fine, it’s a safe track, finish your laps’, effectively, by turning off the yellow,” Horner added. “So all the GPS, all the signals that we have saying ‘track is safe’”

Boring race. There was a glimmer of hope that we might get a battle when Max closed the gap on the hards to about 6 seconds from about 8 after the pits, but it must have been Lewis working the tyres in as he then shot off into the distance again.

Botas and Perez are just so boring in my opinion, I really miss the battle when Rosberg used to race, you had not only the Red Bull Mercedes dynamic but also the team battle.

Was an utterly boring race 😂 however in the bigger picture the Championship is fully on still, which means with two races to go no mistakes can happen either side.

In theory Mercedes and Hamilton should win at Jeddah looking at the circuit - and they will go back to the other more fresher engine as there will be a lot more fully maxed out moments there than at Qatar. The key will be Bottas has to get second then it’s down to a one race shoot out for the title, which will be epic.

Credit to Verstappen as well today, I’ve not been impressed by his driving at a few points this year - Imola/Barcelona and Brazil stick out as him overstepping the line, but today he drove very smart and was supremely quick, his positioning into Turn 1 at the start was very intelligent and meant he maximised himself.

The two quickest drivers were quickest today and let’s hope it goes to the final round in a fair way (which will probably be the hardest challenge - either on the track or off it)

I think the key will be if redbull can pay perez enough of a bonus to "accidently" take hamilton out at the start of the race.

😂 fair shout, there’s a endless amount of possibilities that make anything possible in the final two races, exciting stuff. From what we’ve seen so far though in the same equipment is how Hamilton and Verstappen are the two quickest drivers in two different machines - if one of Perez or Bottas can step up that bit more in the final two rounds then they could be the difference.

Actually thinking about it Mercades would be clever to chuck Russell in ironically for the last two rounds over Bottas, he’s proven already he’s quicker than Valteri in the same equipment with less time, he will happily support his new teammate and would probably pose more of a threat to Verstappen (and could you imagine the drama off track if they did that 😂)

Red bull won’t do that, as they want to win the constructors title.

Do they? They pitted Perez from the points to nab the FL point away from Hamilton at Silverstone. Pretty certain Red Bull are primarily hell bent on Verstappen becoming champion before anything else

Surely ‘advised’ to avoid an accident ??.

he was driving down the pit straight and didn't open his DRS until after Max passed him that was a team order. They are not team mates he shouldn't be being ordered to let him past.

Pre race Helmut Marko was seen talking to Gasly, he never normally does, Max gets on his radio complaining of being stuck then Gasly does that, they are supposed to be being run as separate teams but that is clearly not the case, so either Red Bull should be made to sell (or their license is pulled from AT) or the other teams get to run a junior side, from the very next race IMO.

Porche and Audi reportedly want in to F1 so sell to one of those

Gasly was ordered to let Max pass, the FIA need to explain why Red Bull is allowed to run 2 teams, with other manufacturers wanting to get in they should be forced to sell Alpha Touri

Have you not seen the Aston Martin and Williams cars jumping out the way every time a Mercedes was coming through the field?

Toto has his fingers deep in so many pies of other teams and drivers, so by your logic should he be forced out of the sport or what?

Toto wolf brought 5% shares in Aston Martin last year and till the recent sale of Williams he owed 5% of shares in them as well
