You couldn't make it up...

Middle-class drug users could lose UK passports under Boris Johnson’s plans

Commons Speaker Sir Lindsay Hoyle to call in police over 'deeply concerning' claims of drug abuse in the Houses of Parliament

I can understand taking a driver's license for being under the influence behind the wheel but what the hell does that have to do with someone being on drugs when NOT driving... Seems ridiculous. Passports too. Would be out of order. I don't touch drugs myself apart from the odd smoke once in a very blue moon but we all know people that do on occasion and they aren't all addicts or violent people.

If the Government genuinely needed to impose tougher restrictions this Christmas for public health, they have absolutely no chance now - absolutely laughing at us is really going to come back to haunt them.

They'd be far better off staying out of it and allowing Whitty, Vallance, Van-Tam to ask the public- you get the feeling they are genuine, knowledgeable and want to do the right thing.

Any press conference Johnson is in should involve every journalist asking why anyone should listen to anything his party wants and follow them. This mob have pretty much undermined their own scientists and advisers too.

Will never happen. The majority of our press is pretty close to outright corrupt, owned and funded by billionaire Tory donors.

It seems to be every week, or even every few days, now that there's embarrassment from the PM or those within Number 10.

If there was a poll tomorrow, wouldn't be surprised if there was a massive swing to other parties at the expense of the Cons.

Unfortunately, I'd be hugely surprised if there was. The Johnson cult of personality seems unshakeable for some dense idiots, the past 18 months or so have taught us that.

They're more concerned with having a pop at Ant and Dec tonight than they are about the lies spun by that flabby shithouse and his harem of turds.

Are we allowed to lynch Allegra Stratton yet?

The fact that she's married to Forsyth of the Spectator and The Times means that the press knew about the party at the time, literally the whole press, but havnt been arsed to report it.

I also love this question of 'Should the Police investigate?'. ****ing investigate? The Police are at Downing Street 24 hours per day, they were literally at the party.

Oh what's that you say? Cressida Dick was in digs with Boris at Uni? Well I never...

The Sun’s lack of a front page suggests Carrie’s ex, Harry Cole was there and their existing editor was a member of staff at no 10 at time of the party.

The Westminster world is very incestous. Irony to that being Cummings at the last election and the leave campaign made a massive thing of metropolitan, London types. Here we are.

Whichever way you vote, if Starmer doesn't utterly savage Johnson at PMQs tomorrow, he is not worth his job.

Biggest open goal since Diana Ross in 1994, and we all know how that went...

What's the point, it's PMQs by name only isn't it. Regardless of the question Boris doesn't answer and just sticks to whatever script he's had prepared for him, which usually involves some unrelated rant turning it round on to Starmer

"Captain Hindsight bur gur... he'd have us in endless lockdowns fur dur... European Medicines Agency slur jur..."

That's what we'll get today. And the Tory MPs will bray, and 35-40% of the country will arf like seals, and the rest of us will wonder what we did to deserve having the gibbering scruff run roughshod over our fvcking country.

Exactly this, they could be discussing transport and Boris would somehow link it to Starmer not supporting the NHS
