Possibly.

It is cherry picking of data though to show what they want it to show.

For instance, the case rate in S Africa has also increased due to double the numbers being tested in comparison to last month.  This is then omitted from the trend that is shown.

I guess it's easier to spot when it's something someone does so often themselves

This is exactly why the tories win election after election. There is no opposition.

You can't really  object to the plan when wanting a little more protection to slow developments we've seen in other countries.

You can kick up a shit tonne about timing and the circumstances however

If the opposition was to object to the vaccine passports side of it, it would get them huge support.

They've reworded it to be a covid passport now, allowing for negative test or vaccination. That removes much of the vaccine passport objection

What I don't understand is why they are lying about WHEN that Allegra Stratton Press "reheasal" took place.

They are saying it was Dec 22 but it clearly wasn't. The press room didn't look like that untill more recently...

*edit after a bit of digging*

March/April they started using that new briefing room that she was filmed in.

There's a very simple way to get the unvaccinated think long and hard about their reluctance....

Any unvaccinated person needing treatment for covid...

PAY for all the treatment/hospital care they may need.

Simples.

How recently do you think they were discussing the Xmas 2020 party ?

Don't they already pay for it?

Don’t think that works precisely because they’re clearly unmoved by the risk of needing significant hospital treatment.

Paying people to get the vaccine on the other hand, no idea why it’s not been tried anywhere

No idea. Maybe they were "rehearsing" once they knew it was going to be leaked.

All I know is that every Westminster media briefing up until and after the 22nd of December was in a completely different room and they didn't start using the purpose built one she was in until around March or April...

How can we vote him out?

There's no chance of that in Leicestershire, people round here will vote Tory no matter what.

Well not voting against them won't help will it. If everyone has thar attitude, they'll stay in power. You have to take action if you want change, even if you are voting for the less worse option to force change.

Depends where you live and every seat counts. From 97 to 2010, NW Leics was labour.  city of Leicester is mainly labour.  Fair enough if you are Hinckley and Bosworth. It's been Tory since before I was born!!

But if EVERY person who would vote for an alternative, just thought nah what's the point, then we have these forever.
