Brendan Rodgers

Recommended Posts

How have we gone from:

We're on our way, we're on our way

To the Champions League, we're on our way.......

To:

We're going down, we're going down

To the Championship, we're going down

How did we get here I don't know

Rodgers has to f***ing go

All I know is Leicester's going down

It's heartbreaking.

Knowing that Top was a big gambler around the Casino's with his Dad, is it possible that Rodgers has cleaned top out financially in a game of cards and knows there's not enough of Tops money left to pay him off, and Rodgers wouldn't want to lose a source of income so I guess he's sticking like sh1t to a blanket to get his wages from the club

Exactly, I keep scratching my head to find reasons for our clubs demise, the obvious reason is Rodgers, but that still doesn't explain fully the drop off in performance, especially with the quality of players in the team.

All I know that in sport and especially football, it can very easily change, but being Leicester we don't do anything by half measures.

just basing his poker on his football he’s the type to fold pocket aces because there’s a 78 on the river and go all in when he gets a pair of 5’s

The man has no bottle and is deluded, he wouldn’t be good at cards either

Just briefly going back as to why Brendan might be feeling undermined at the club. I know it's conspiracy theory rubbish and all that.

Another little piece is out about Kasper at Nice. How he pissed off the coach there by going over his head direct to owner because his lack of 1st team opportunities. There is rumour that kasper may have had Tops ear with regard to a very average centre bsck of same nationality. Maybe Brendan wasn't a fan of that move. Esp as he is blamed for the incoming bad signings. I'm sure he isnt responsible. Glover is now Congerton before passes tips on to the dof. Of which then goes to the board yes or no

Nothing to do with that at his 2 previous clubs it goes south when he finally has the opportunity after 2-2.5 years to build a team in his own image?

What's the email address?

[email protected] certainly works  - I've sent mine to her and received an acknowledgement from the board.  You can alternatively send it directly to the board;  I think the email address is "[email protected]".

I also managed to Google the list of board members but don't intend (yet!) to email them individually.

I'd encourage everyone to send an email expressing their concern - dunno if it will do any good but the more that they receive, the better the chance of having some effect.

Thanks, I'm going to send my message of support to Brendan and the boys in hoping that we can get a win at the weekend. :)

Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers is the third most likely Premier League manager to get sacked next, according to bookmakers.

The Northern Irishman is priced at just 3/1 with SkyBet to get the boot before any other manager in the division. He sits below only Steven Gerrard (4/5) and Ralph Hasenhuttl (6/4) in the list.

Jurgen Klopp and Steve Cooper are the next names down, both at 16/1, which shows the extend of the trouble Rodgers, Gerrard and Hasenhuttl each find themselves in. Leicester sit bottom of the Premier League table at present, with Gerrard's Aston Villa in 16th and Ralph Hasenhuttl's Southampton sat behind them in 17th.

I have sent 2 so far, haven't received a response mind.

I sent my email to [email protected].  At first I got only the perfunctory response from lcfchelp but when I persisted and asked if it had reached Susan Whelan I got an acknowledgement and assurance from the board that she had received it.

Cheer up, there's always this...

(I think I'd take relegation if it meant losing this sort of crap and rediscovering our identity.

Somebody who is thinking like myself. Very very few are privy to his relationship with the board. Fans are saying that it looks like he wants out and to be sacked, but Top won't do this. Why??? There has got to be something going on at the club that prevents the obvious. This loyalty thing he came out with? This is code talk. I am starting to wonder if he really is being undermined from above. The one big red flag is Wes Forfana. They didn't need to let him go. Days before window closed. He kept saying. Let's grt window closed and re set. Worked with mahrez. Got our money in the end. I think Forfana is the last straw for Rodgers. Just my opinion. Trying to just work this out.

...if Fofana had not been allowed to go, he would be on strike right now!!!

With a player pushing to leave and the club having to address the situation (at least a year earlier than they anticipated) we had to try to get the best deal that we could.

We have not been undermining Rodgers, with or without Fofana, the performances would still have been the same, he had started to go backwards with us.

Not sure how anyone can view Rodgers as the martyr in this scenario.

I've gone one step further and stuck it through a translation engine in to Thai and sent it to Top's P.A at King Power.

GET THEIR ATTENTION

Fantastic idea. Get the guy on the PA system to read out our messages at half time! Nice one, @Ric Flair

...most of what you have said is well known, Kasper had Top's ear!!!

He (Kasper) would have spoken to Top regarding any dispute with Rodgers. Top in this instance did not see eye to eye with Kasper, hence he went out at the first opportunity.

Going  back to my take on the situation,  Top will never sack Rodgers,  he would rather take relegation and take all the blame for it. I would think short of embezzlement there is no way Rodgers leaves without him walking away. This will have nothing to do with brinkmanship, although it might seem like that.
