StanSP Posted 28 February 2023 Share Posted 28 February 2023 Apparently he said that because Blackburn’s keeper was man of the match, that says it all about the match Man is living on a different planet.
Tuna Posted 28 February 2023 Share Posted 28 February 2023 I wonder what it would take to actually sack him. How many defeats on the spin? I really think he'll still be at the club even if there is a big fat R next to our name on the table.

Jakemoore Posted 28 February 2023 Share Posted 28 February 2023 I want him gone. But the club definitely do not. Therefore he needs to hang the ****ers out to dry. The likes of Thomas, Amartey, Soumare. If it’s not his fault then it must be the players faults, right? Or am I missing something?!.
Popular Post oz was my hero Posted 28 February 2023 Popular Post Share Posted 28 February 2023 He has to go now. Have been saying rhis for 18 months . He is sucking the life out of the club. Promising players have regressed under him. The football is dull. The atmosphere around the place is dull. His comments after the game on saturday summed him up. "We were in the game, there a fantastic side". We were never in the game. Ramsdale could have gone shopping in highcross all afternoon and we wouldn't have troubled them. We made them look good because the negative set up allowed rhem to cruise all afternoon. Time after time we have played to not lose by too many instead of playing aggressively. The problem now is if we go down who can we keep hold of? Many players on massive wages which will nor be affordable . Players like Barnes, kdh , faes, kristienson ,will be picked off at discount prices while we already know madders and youri are on their way. My opinion is if we don't act right away dark times are coming.

Popular Post Pliskin Posted 28 February 2023 Popular Post Share Posted 28 February 2023 So now I’ve managed to swear a bit I can hopefully post something rational. Brendan needs to be sacked, this nightmare has gone on for far too long and if we want to stay on this league he has to go. Today’s game just proves that Brendan is a horrible coach, a lousy tactician and an all round fraud. Blackburn came with several key players missing, and payed around us like we were a pubs second team. It was ****ing Embarrassing…. They passed and moved with ease about the pitch, and is this because they’re a better team? No, it’s because they’ve been coached well and believe in themselves. We are rancid both in and out of possession, we’re slow and ponderous on the ball, there’s absolutely no movement to create passing angles and our shape is so rigid that we’re so easy to pass through, that’s it’s no wonder we concede so many goals. The lads have absolutely zero confidence zero belief and a manager that keeps reiterating how poor we are. It’s unacceptable, he can’t continue to be allowed to destroy this club, we need an injection of belief put back into the team, otherwise we’re doomed. Brendan, please **** off… I never want to see your pathetic self back on our pitch again. 12
Lambert09 Posted 28 February 2023 Share Posted 28 February 2023 absolutely terrified there will be floods of media praise for loyal brendan not abandoning us when we get relegated. He will be lining us up with 5 atb at home to blackpool 🙃

adamkhalifa Posted 28 February 2023 Share Posted 28 February 2023 The amount of goals conceded doing this sideways passes, is unreal. Just play long ball system man. Change anything. Just don't bore us to death.
Mickyblueeyes Posted 28 February 2023 Share Posted 28 February 2023 I wonder if he comes out with the same crap he did against Arsenal. The score line seemed close but they were technically superior to us! Well it’s ****ing true this time. ****ing Blackburn.

fox_favourite Posted 28 February 2023 Share Posted 28 February 2023 Changing the captaincy like his underwear, dropping the better players for no obvious reason, ask players not good enough to play out the back even when they cause goals, not able to change games, picking players that are not good enough, not motivating the team to turn things round in game time, clapping at any point possible, 3pts above relegation and yet he’s still in a Job?! Oh and admits after the Arsenal game that being defensive wasn’t the game plan! im sorry enough is enough.

Popular Post Daggers Posted 28 February 2023 Popular Post Share Posted 28 February 2023 I wanted him sacked, but not now. I want him to have our relegation on his CV to stop the fraud ever getting another plum job. He should’ve been booted 18 months ago. He should never have seen the ground again this side of the World Cup. But now, now everyone who had a choice has allowed him to preside over this abject destruction of the squad, no. As of this week I want him in post being treated like a dog having its face rubbed in the pile of shit it left by the television. I want him to have to walk out to boos, to suffer them for 90 minutes, and to have the sound of being told to fvck off ringing in his ears as he goes down the tunnel for every remaining match this season. 4
Popular Post foxfanazer Posted 28 February 2023 Popular Post Share Posted 28 February 2023 In truth I think I'm almost done with football. It has too much of an impact on my mood which is ridiculous when I have no control over what happens. I know you're meant to have unwavering support for your club and for 30 years or so I have but I can't pretend to be in support of this circus. Its not entirely a Leicester thing, in general I find football far less entertaining than in years gone by and the media fascination with the big 6 is nauseating. I hope my love for it rekindles as Leicester city have given me some of the happiest times of my life but right now I'm drained by it all

And vice captaincy to someone that he’s let go of half way through the season…. Now it’s being passed around to whoever’s fit. Tielemans, Vardy, Ndidi, Maddison. Criminal. No wonder the team lacks leadership most of the time. Should have been Maddison in the first place. Edited 28 February 2023 by Aleksz
pmcla26 Posted 28 February 2023 Share Posted 28 February 2023 I really like Rodgers and stick up for him a lot, but tonight he got it all wrong. Amartey and Thomas shouldn’t start together in a back 4 when we have other options now. And why wait until the hour mark/2-0 down to bring Praet and Thomas off for Kristiansen and Iheanacho? It was clear at half time that that was exactly what the team needed. His team selection and timing of subs tonight was baffling.
