But the subs all played a part in the goals. Perez and Lookman especially. Jaspa Posted 14 April 2022 Share Posted 14 April 2022 (edited) We were bad in the first half, just as pensive as we were in the second half here last week, just with added defensive errors. Maddison out wide again. All changed with the substitutions though, they couldn't handle the firepower we then had on and with Perez cutting through them and Maddison back in the middle PSV capitulated. Well, we are now winning consistently in the league and Brendan has guided us into a European semi-final. Well played Brendan. And he took the game in perfectly. When Rodgers isn't over thinking, when he's calm and collected, and more than anything, pragmatic and positive with changes and style of play, we tend to win.
