Finished 5th twice. On the face of it, it looks like he's done a very good job. But he's still here. Surely if he was that good he'd have been poached by a bigger club by now. As I said a few weeks ago, we either sacked him at the end of last season or we backed him over the summer, we did neither. We wrote the season off before it even begun.
