The player has the power at this point and it is where he wishes to go which will determine the outcome. If Dortmund has offered a previous asking price, and any bid from another club would be seen as a massive boost to the selling club, but it does not mean the player will be going to the highest bidder. There's definitely interest there but does seem like a tricky one, unless we over pay and that's probably what PSV are waiting for, but so far, we aren't ready to do that perhaps.
