Absolutely no reason for PSV to do that. They aren’t broke, his value is more likely to go up than down, and he’s apparently not agitating for a transfer. I still think it would take a fee with add ones up near what Malen went for but if its structured in instalments it's not going all in one hit from our accounts anyway.
