He is good, no doubt, but at the moment 30 to 40 million is a lot to spend on a player who may take a couple of seasons to reach his best. Next season is going to be hard work and to stay in the top six is going to be tough. We need to spend our funds on players we can be pretty sure will be on the top of their game.
