But he’s pretty unlucky given how close it was and it bounced off his leg first. If he didn’t swing his arm I think it wouldn’t be given at all. Guest ttfn Posted 28 August 2021 Share Posted 28 August 2021 If the referee thinks it’s a penalty he has to send him off there, you can’t stop the ball going in with your hand (100% chance of a goal) and the punishment be that you give up a 75% chance of a goal.
