Incongruent transfer policy is what holds clubs back, it was obvious Lukaku was never going to be that well suited to pressing really high up. Looks like he wants to go back to Inter. Chelsea paid nearly 117m euro's, his agent and him must of got a nice bit of a cut from that. I think he really didn't want to leave Inter and Itay but Chelsea offered around 117m euro's and Inter really couldn't believe it, no other club were dumb enough to pay that much or interested in him.
