....#27 Mandela looks a good player, I think he can do a lot more, just not used often enough!!!

Not too sure of his temperament but he needs to impose himself on the game and on the team. I said last match he seems like the spare man and no end of times he could pick the ball up from midfield and drive the attack from there. He seems to have a good range of passing and can also pick a pass to play someone in.

  He seems to me a lot like Mendy at Leicester, so much more he can offer but he is unsure or negative in his own ability to impact the game.

Only just 19 to be fair, this is his first full season and only had 1 senior appearance before this season, plenty of time for him to get used to senior level football and develop

.....the weird thing is that this team has no centre of focus!!!

They need someone in the middle of the pitch where they can build from. Tavares would be a very good option for this role, a playmaker and someone who looks to dictate is what OHL requires.

Surely is down to the manager? The 6m for Henry should go some way to getting reinforcements.

Director of Football De Corte, CEO Willems and Coach Brys are equally responsible. I wish them good luck replacing Henry. So far they managed to attract the worse. I hope Khun doesn't wait too long.

....I was just about to post that the big problem that you have would be your Director of Football!!!

I posted recently when King Power took over Leicester City, Khun Vichai leant on Rudkin for his knowledge regarding the club, the game and the contacts with scouts in or outside the club. OHL needs to have a like minded person in the DoF role to procure the talent required for the club.

  Most of the Eupen players were physical and aggressive in their will to win, we were lightweight and are continuously so against our oppositions. The players brought in seem more like squad fillers and are much of a muchness.

  Until you can have the right quality of player coming in and a manager involved in the process and prepared to accept talent irrespective of where it came from then we are going to continue to struggle.
