Wouldn't really rule out a possible late surge towards the play-offs for Cardiff.

The gap to the playoffs isn't that huge so realistically they could be in or around them with a 3rd of the season left. If they aren't the bounce they've had since Morison took charge has probably gone and they'll be bottom half.

Parachute payments to end or alter ?

Could totally change the landscape and future for a lot of clubs .

Will probably  mean they have to start living within their limits financially or just carry on gambling their future like many do now .

The way the Sky commentators go on about Derby being a big club and belong in the top flight, I wonder if they'd say the same about us if we were ever at the bottom of the Championship?

Odd how some clubs achieve big club status for having a few good seasons in the 70's. About time the commentators concentrated on the dirty cheating of the past few years and how they should really be playing in the 3rd tier now.

I'd say almost absolutely given our recent successes. It'd be some drop.

Yeah we've always been in the same bracket as Derby, big city, big fanbase for that level. It's nothing to do with a few glory years in the 70s. Derby pull over 30K fans same as we did for years in the Championship. When we went down to League 1 there were lots of pundits saying we were too big to drop too.

Saw the QPR goals. Where are the Derby fans? So many empty seats.

Do you really blame them, considering their off-field troubles?

Can imagine that some aren't turning up in protest of Mel Morris etc.
