Tshimanga having a brilliant season for Chesterfield.

Carrying on (hopefully) his good goalscoring he had at Boreham Wood.

Had it in my head he played for Yeovil for some reason.

Rowe has done really well since he joined as manager. Got them away from bottom of the league last season. I didn't really know much of his before.

4-1 win for Coalville at Redditch on Monday night. We edged the first half but Redditch had their moments and struck the bar twice.

2nd half our class showed and we ran out worthy winners. Jake Eggleton with a brace from centre half, Billy Kee with his 7th of the season and Alex Dean opening the scoring.

Up to 2nd.

Gave last night a miss as I was still knackered from Saturday's efforts lol

Followed on twitter and sounded like there could have been more goals for both sides. Great run of form we're putting together now, hopefully we can keep riding this wave and make the most of this wave we're riding on atm. The lads that have come in have stepped up to the plate which is great as well.

Absolutely love Eggleton's lung busting runs from centre half, glad one has finally paid off for him.

Battling performance from Coalville today in a 1-0 home win against Biggleswade Town. The dynamic Timmy Berridge with the winner. Billy Kee missed a second half penalty but made amends with this terrific defensive header in injury time.

Injuries are starting to build up now, could do with a few players returning to fitness

It was great to get down and finally watch them again today, quite a cagey match and a good finish from Berridge for the goal!

Nuneaton Boro lose again to Royston Town and go rock bottom, things in a right mess fans are calling for the manager who is also owner to step down his role as manager. One interesting thing is, the over night boro lost 1-4 peterborough sports and in the post match interview. The manager Jim Ginnelly refused to take a responsibility on the defeat or the poor start to the season, just blaming it all the team. Been a lot of issues on social media on the clubs facebook page with fans at battle with the manager's family and friends.

They seem a right shambles. Just seem to be continually signing players and hoping for the best.

Embarrassment of a man really. They’ll be playing village football next season if he doesn’t step down.

The problem at the moment there's been incidents where whenever the manager is criticised for his match tactics and team selections etc, not personally at all. Someone from his family comes online to fans and starts to get aggressive towards supporters reminding us fans "Jim saved the club" and of course he did and every single boro fan is grateful of that. As owner he's good guy, but as a manager he's struggling atm. He currently holds the record being Boro's worst manager for over 50 years, for his own sake he's got to step down as at the moment we could be facing relegation and dropping attendances. I mean the other night when faced Peterborough Sports just over 300 turned up which was boro's lowest league attendance in nearly 50 years as well.

Think Wrexham need to pick up 3 points in a game soon, else they'll further fade from top-six prospects.

Must be a great watch for that new documentary that's coming out lol Series 1 Episode 1- Parkinson's New Beginning... Series 1 Episode 2- Parkinson Sacked

Imagine doing that to a junior club... disgusting

Treasurer used position to steal thousands from football club

A woman abused her position as treasurer of a football club near Hinckley to steal more than £16,000.

Kelly Stevenson, 41, of Columbus Lane, Earl Shilton, defrauded AFC Barwell out of £16,389.49, between October 2018 and June 2020.

She pleaded guilty to one count of fraud by abuse of position at Leicester Magistrates’ Court and was sentenced yesterday (October 7).

The club said in an update on its website following her conviction: “The club would like to thank all of those that have given their support during our initial internal investigation, and the subsequent police involvement.

“AFC Barwell, its committee and charity trustees look forward to continuing to provide football training and matches to all of the players that enjoy taking part with the club every week.”

The Canaries posted a statement, in August 2020, to say that an initial probe had been launched after committee members raised concerns about finances.

As the investigators were not getting the information they required in “acceptable timescales”, club bosses decided to report their concerns to the police, on August 9, 2020.

Stevenson was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment, suspended for two years.

She will be required to pay back the amount she stole in full and will have to complete 200 hours of unpaid community work.

She will also have to complete up to 10 rehabilitation activity requirement (RAR) days.
