Totally agree that was brilliant! I think that's great from Rodgers also - we want players who want to come here too, I think we are beyond the "begging" stage, which is an achievement in itself. Not everyone will want to join, but I think a shrewd player would want to, because it's the ideal club for young talent. Look at players like Brahim Diaz, Renato Sanches, William Saliba. A lot of these players made the wrong move / moved too early at a young age and couldn't adapt straight away. In the case of Sanches (and Tielemans) they rediscovered their form after going to the right club, whereas many talents fade away because they never get a chance to play. For me what was really infectious was how enthusiastic Patson was in that interview. You can see also in his clips at Red Bull that he plays with a real smile on his face. Like he can't believe it's happening for him and he's just enjoying every moment it lasts. That's a very Leicester attribute I think in the current side. Seems like he should fit in well both in terms of playing style, and hunger. His deference to Vardy and eagerness to learn from him says so much about his character too. And just look at that smile.
