I know I bang on about rugby to the point that it's boring. Fair play. 

 

But the approach taken in rugby and the approach that all professional sport is going to need to take is that it doesn't matter if something is clumsy or accidental or whatever, its about handing out fouls when there's head injuries because hopefully you force people to reconsider how they challenge to begin with. 

 

Maguire goes up and quite clearly leads with his forearm towards other players. He doesn't need to do that, he opts to.
