Top job done by @Mark and the staff.

Had a run-in or two with them but all minor in the grand scheme of things.

When you see people screenshot or link to other football forums, they're stuck in the BBC 606 age/look and it's terrible.

It really is one of the best around and glad to be part of it.

Still remember last year (?) FT was an answer on Beat the Chasers lol

Keep up the good work!

Think I should post more though

I find I look at FT and post far less when we’re good. It’s too sanguine.

Some of the better non-footballing threads coincided when we were a bit worse too.

On the flip side, I’ve met some of my best mates through here initially so I owe it a lot I guess.

Despite being on the receiving end of about 20 bans from @Mark

What, despite all your EXPERIENCE?

Please forgive me - it was impossible to resist.

I get annoyed about certain things, but then I reflect on what a difficult job in must be to make a forum like this work. Also, it is possible to win the patience of the mods and admins without losing one's authenticity or honesty, and in my case, it's actually helped me to learn not to post in many instances - and online, the world probably needs people stopping and thinking a lot more.

Ah, the close season, the football has gone off for a bit. Navel gazing time.

I hang around some other online places and they are often badly designed, crash a lot, are full of trolls, multi account holders, cliques, bullies, and there are feuds and flame wars, etc.  They can be not too welcoming to new people who don’t know the in-jokes.

This forum just ain’t like that.

It is quite nice that for most of us, our time here has coincided with what many will agree has been LCFC’s golden age.

Bravo to those who run the site.  And to 99% of those who post here.

Yeah back when we were shit we had to make our own fun, such as @lavrentis giving the whole of live chat running commentary on his first blow job. Those were the days imo

I remember there was a porn thread at some point. Pretty sure you were involved. That one didn’t last long.

I indulged in porn a lot in my youth so more than likely I was in there. The All Nighter thread was another good 1

I have to agree

Like it or not, one of the first things I do most mornings when I wake up is pick up my phone and look at FT.
The format is exemplary and it’s provided so many people with ‘a voice’ throughout eg the pandemic.

Great work @Mark and all the mods👍

Great Post. I can't like this enough.

As someone who lives about 350 miles from Leicester and doesn't get to very many games due to how much time (like 5 hours drive) and money (not just about the ticket cost when you live this far) it would take from my family, FT really is essential in connecting me to the club. If it wasn't for this site I would just be a guy who watches the same team on TV every week but being connected to a large number of the fan base on here makes me feel luke more of a fan.

I don't think the admins realise how much this site means to some of us so thank you for what you do.

I cannot seconded this enough-  I have a strange connection to Leicester City as I am the only member of my family who support them however I spent my school days at a grammar school in Derby so I have very little local connections (actually none now as all of my family have moved away now) so without this forum I would have really felt disconnected and disenfranchised from the club.

I moved to Derbyshire last year from a stint in London and have recently became a father to a baby boy so hopefully there will be next generation of Leicester City fan-  you guys have definitely kept the flame going for me!

God-  I sound like a sob story on X-Factor now lol
