First pre season game and all that but that was rubbish from that side 

 

Some nice touches from Soumare but not exactly exerting himself too much. The young lad was bright. 

 

Clear they are a bit fitter but you'd expect better quality on the ball. 

 

Not great game for Daka to show anything and barely got any running into his legs either.

Got to feel for Daka, barely had a touch, very Vardyesque. 

Soumare does look very calm and composed. Didn't see to many driving runs from him like I expected, but that's natural in our first pre-season game.

 

Bit disappointed for Daka, as he never really got to stretch his legs. Re: Vardyesque, I think that's as much because of our style than anything, with more build up play than getting in behind.

 

That and the fact we didn't really have anyone creating anything in that half. We really do need a quality winger in to stretch play and set to our forwards.

Masawanhise looked lively, should of got him on the ball more as he always looked to be showing.

 

Fair play to Burton though, pressed hard and showed their fitness levels.
