Slight worry is this reminds me a bit of Forest’s planning app. Wasn’t fleshed out on the non stand details. When they sat down and did the maths, the residential schemes and other bits didn’t add up.

The ambiguity of that side is disappointing given the time it’s taken

An 'outline planning application' for the surrounding areas with conditions for further details required will probably be what ends up happening. Not uncommon for large developments.

Expect Council will make them include a mono-rail or some such thing, to ease traffic.

...that would be awesome!!!

The traffic aspect of this added development is very important and anyway we can find of lessening the burden on traffic should be looked at in an environmental capacity.

I wonder if a collaboration between the Council and the club with a fly over or bridge where traffic could access the motorway without any impact on the everyday traffic around that area could be found.

Half an hour to go.... I hope they do a 'statement' video like the training ground with Times They Are A Changing or something of that ilk over it.

Hope so, hope its not an anti-climax and we only get what we have already seen!!!

That's really doesn't make sense the owner what to make the club self-sufficient and sustainable, the only way that happens is by increasing it revenue streams.

Yeah. And a bigger ground will increase income, as will improving on-field performance. But they also want to increase King Power income across the board, not just through LCFC.

Would be a laugh if it's just the photo of a leaflet that's been doing the rounds.

Hope they just do a video of Slimani dancing by Ben

and then the new stand way in the distance out of focus.

They have a 2.67 billion pound turnover in a normal year.

We have matched day revenues of about 12m a season, even if this triples it 36m, its chicken feed to them

Oh, agreed. But then again it might be a while until they have a normal year again, if they ever do, so I imagine all this is at least in part to insulate themselves against that, and not all about putting money into the only bit of King Power we care about!
