Thought was a decent save was the trailing arm of the keeper that saved it I think.

We have some wonderful striking options now. I'm absolutely gutted that Vardy's on the decline, but hopefully this lad will become one of the very best and help soften the blow.

It's one thing the club has got much better at, probably since the PL-win season. Future-proofing and planning for potential departures.

 

Compare that to Everton - they sold Lukaku for big money and didn't even buy a striker to replace him.

It was outstanding and a shame for him that it got lost with the penalty call that followed. Reminded me of kasper’s save at WHL v Kane in ‘16 that deflected onto the bar.

He is going to be special isn't he? Such a shame, that back up Man City keeper had a good day, as it would have been fantastic if he had scored after Kelechi winning the ball from Ake.
