I logged on to buy a ticket at 8 am and the G1 and G2 sections were greyed out. Does anyone know why this might be? My dad has a ST in G2 so I normally purchase a ticket in that section but looks like that's no longer an option for some reason.

Just checked and there are 1,624 still left for this.

 

You still have any tickets that are put up for resale via the new system and also the chance that multiple tickets will become available after 'Sell Out' like the Wolves match.

 

£53 is rather expensive though, Cheapest available are £32 which is still an expensive luxury for some given the current climate.

Considering this is one of the 'Glory Games' ... I'd have expected more to have sold.

 

Think we'll be giving the Burnley ones buy 1 get 1 free!

 

I'd be inclined to think the biggest reason would be out pricing a big % of fans, more so than covid.

 

£50+ is sickening.

The Burnley comment really made me laugh. 😂😂

 

Premier League prices aren’t too bad when compared to some other sports/countries. I was in the US a decade ago and took in an NBA game one night. Spent no less than $300 for 2 seats a few rows from the court to see Orlando Magic V Washington Wizards, and that was 10 years ago. Don’t get me wrong though, I’d rather pay less for the footy, but for a Category A game I think considering the demand it’s not as bad as it could be.

Maybe I'm just a tight git. Spent £9.60 on chicken and chips at Wembley. Haven't sh1t yet just so I feel I got my monies worth.

Yeah, it was a great night. Lots of fanfare - bigger event than what we get at King Power but that’s Americans for you. Everything on steroids. Approx 2 hours of game time including half time show and breaks after each quarter, and photo ops with the cheerleaders, mascots etc and a few bits to do outside the stadium. But yeah, expensive as anything.

 

I too bought that same chicken and chips combo at Wembley, and it was a sore moment. I got a coke as well and the bottle of coke was four f**king pound! The chicken was good n’all, but when the girl behind me knocked into the folded up seat to my left and sent my £4 coke bottle tumbling over, it was a painful moment 😂😂 Lost about a quids worth

I noticed a lot of KW/WH tickets became available late for the Wolves game.  Expensive but you get a programme….
