A guide to what to expect during your visit to Leicester City Stadium for the UEFA Europa League clash against Napoli on Thursday 16 September (8pm kick-off).

COVID-19 certification spot checks

The Club encourages supporters attending tonight’s match to arrive early due to the COVID-19 certification spot checks taking place at entry points and as requested in the Club’s new Supporter Code of Conduct.

To ensure the safety of everyone in attendance and to minimise the risk of COVID-19 transmission, the spot checks will ask everyone over the age of 18 to confirm their COVID-19 status by:

- Demonstrating their COVID-19 Pass via the NHS App, PDF or NHS letter;
- Showing proof of a negative lateral flow or PCR test result from within the previous 48 hours; or
- Declaring an exemption from COVID-19 vaccinations and/or testing.

The spot check rules apply to everyone attending fixtures at Leicester City Stadium over the age of 18. For more information, click HERE.

Print-at-home tickets

To avoid unnecessary delays, the Club advises those supporters with print-at-home tickets to fold their tickets along the dotted lines, as indicated, before arriving at the stadium and not wait until at the turnstiles to do so.

Folded tickets should be inserted face-up into the turnstile scanners to gain access. Supporters should aim to keep all print-at-home tickets dry to avoid issues on entry.

Collections

Those who are collecting tickets should do so from the Ticket Collections Unit, which is located to the left of the Foxes Fanstore entrance. Supporters who fall into this category should bring along a form of ID to claim tickets.

Foxes Fanstore

The Foxes Fanstore will close at kick-off and reopen for up to 45 minutes after the final whistle. The Club’s new UEFA Europa League training wear range, which the players will wear prior to kick-off, is available to buy on matchday.

Within Leicester City Stadium

Under-twos are not permitted within Leicester City Stadium on matchdays, while under-16s need to be accompanied by an adult. No away fans are permitted in home areas of the stadium under any circumstances.

Leicester City Stadium is 100 per cent cashless throughout all concourses, although hospitality areas and the Foxes Fanstore do accept cash.

Anti-social and discriminatory behaviour

Leicester City operates a zero-tolerance policy to any form of anti-social or discriminatory behaviour or form of hate crime – this includes discrimination, violent, threatening, abusive, obscene or provocative behaviour or language. The Club will take the strongest possible action against conduct that falls short of our expectations.

If you witness or are subject to any behaviour of this nature on matchday, please use the Club’s dedicated text short code service to alert a steward to the situation.

To report an incident, text ‘FOXES’ to 60066, followed by your seat number and a description of the incident.

Limited tickets remain available for this fixture. If you wish to buy for family and friends, click HERE or call 0344 815 5000 (Option 1).

Can you still just refuse to show? Not speaking for myself but my dad hasn’t got his app set up yet but is double vaccinated.

Have you got a link to the article? 42 kg tied to his waist! - I'd find it hard to even move.

I’ve been doing dips for 10 months. I could barely do one when I started. I’ve now just got in to adding weight… I started last week with a 15kg… which is 5kg more than I’ve lost since I started… now I could 3 x 8 reps but that was it. I watched that video on Athletic earlier this arvo and shouted **** OFF at my phone quite loudly indeed when I saw that!

Someone on twitter posted the FAQ's about the Covid checks from the LCFC website and it says if you can't prove your Covid status you will be warned that it 'could' become mandatory in the future and then allowed to access the game.

here we go...

IS THAT IT? Can someone play "just one cornetto" blaring out of their car to them please lol. As long as they behave themselves they are welcome to sing all they like in our city.

I'd call the RAC in advance if you want to be the car that does that.
