Leicester City v Burnley (H) Match Thread

Recommended Posts

Attacking we look great, defensively we look poor.

I think we will score again, but not so sure we will keep them out the other end as we push up. Conceding 2 to Napoli, Brighton and now Burnley is a cause for concern. Today was more unfortunate with the OG, but even though Cornet finished superbly, that goal was preventable.

We are an absolute car crash defensively. Much more like it in an attacking sense but we’re gonna struggle this season defending like this.

Woeful from the back line. Utter shit. Losing at home to Burnley conceding TWO again, . Wake up folks, we are going into a relegation battle. Slag me off if you wish but the will be 4 games without a win and 3 losses in a row in the league.

I know he’s not been the worst performer but how does Bertrand get in ahead of Castagne or Thomas? Vestergaard has been poor, Vydra has got the better of him consistently.

Ndidi has been very poor by his standards, not done enough to protect the defence.

Would be keen to see Evans come on at half time to settle things in defence.

Either Kasper isn't making the shouts or his defenders aren't listening. The own goal should have been a big bellowing shout and either a catch or a punch.

A few other occasions as well where communication would have sorted the issue.

And does this ref want to put a foot down on the sh;thousing or is he just going to let it happen all game?

Infuriating half.

How the fvck he’s a regular in the Denmark side is one of life’s biggest mysteries.

He's been decent over the past two seasons, to be fair. He's always been prone to be turned inside out, which is understandable and he's an underrated passer of the ball.

In this game he's way off it. We have to risk and play Evans, but in truth, our entire defence and midfield have been a bit rubbish today. Ndidi is way below his best, as are Soyuncu and Ricardo. Feel that Barnes could play for another 300 minutes and fail to get a goal.
