Can anyone clarify the ticket collection?

I've seen that the name must match the passport, however, if I buy two tickets will I collect them both or do you have to collect each individual ticket?

The person I'm going with isn't a member/ST holder.

Thanks

The person collecting will be required to show passport to match the ticket

The person you are going with will not be able to pick up someone else’s ticket.

You can’t pick 2 up even if you are lead booker and booked both tickets.

You will be able to collect your own only.

Im thirding this. You have little chance of getting someone in if their name id not on the ticket. City have been really thorough with this

I make it that there are still 1500 left for this.

Thought it would sell a bit better than that

Have to remember that top tier of season ticket holders; a good chunk is pensioners, coach 1 and flask army.

(although that said I know of a few not going Naples but did go Warsaw in the top priority point brackets)

Also in my experience I’ve found Italy the most on top of checking your ticket against your passport when entering a ground. It’s a long story about how a membership card over there

Although they did it at Legia as well

They will 100% check this, every Atalanta game I’ve been to they checked this.

If you catch covid, do the club offer refunds? Asking for a friend who has booked a ticket but might not be able to go.

I got my Leeds away ticket refunded by emailing LCFC Help.

To be fair they were very good, all done within half an hour of my original email.

I'm pleasantly surprised - I would genuinely expect a "tough s**t" attitude from the club in cases like this.

There will also be kids who can't get time off school, as well....

I thought it may sell better but when you get people on here / social media saying that you're taking your life in your hands by going there it's no surprise

I agree. There is a lot of scaremongering.

You could bring up horror stories for any country / event but 99.9% of people won't experience any problems and those that do, could probably have taken steps to avoid it.

The concerns around the city of Naples on or around the day of the game are reasonably well founded based on previous clubs' experience.  It's the reason I've gone for the Rome day trip and only a relatively small proportion of fans who would consider a European trip will be aware of that option.

I think 99% of people will have no issues but for me staying in Naples would have felt like too much work.
